Food was good but they have no change and the Owner told the employees oh well make it work. Not how you run a business

I dont go to this restaurant often per the prices being too high. I usually get a BLT sandwich with onions added. One time they... didnt add the onion I was disappointed i paid 15$ for a dry and unappetizing sandwich. We go again for them to mess up on notadding the tomatoes on my blT so I have them remake it, the vibes were not good in there so I watched to make sure they didntspit in my sandwich. My sandwich was remade but with no onion, so I ask for a side of onion that i had to put in my self when imnot getting paid to do so. We wasted time in that restaurant for them to just stand around and take very long with orders andmess up a simple sandwich. We asked for a refund and the manager made that very difficult even though its her employees thatmessed up 5 times so we took our business elsewhere. Never experienced such horrible customer service + getting my order messedup ever until coming to Sourdough. I am sure they?re happy were not coming back but they missed out on a easy 30$ to make fortheir franchise since they stand around talking bad about their customers most of the time. Read more

My husband and I stopped by on a whim with our kids just in time for Sourdough & Co. to open @ 11am. We had never been there... before, and we were STARVING. We were conveniently able to check out their menu online to make it a quick order experience. Weordered 2 bowls of their clamchowder (one in a famous sourdough bread bowl), and mac and cheese for the kids to go. The waitwasn't very long at all, and it gave me a good opportunity to look around and take pictures. They have indoor dining available, friendly and professional staff, a good clean establishment with a polished rustic atmosphere! The sourdough bread was SO GOOD!I'm used to stuff like from Boudin's in SF which has a tougher crust and often scrapes the roof of my mouth. Sourdough & Co.'sbread had the crunch to the crust, without cutting up my mouth and the inside was so fluffy and warm even after getting home!I've never been a huge fan of sourdough bread, but I've been craving theirs ever since! Their clam chowder was excellent andwas somehow hearty without being too heavy, and the mac and cheese was thoroughly enjoyed by my picky eater! We can't wait togo back! Sorry no pictures of the food this time... it was devoured as soon as we got home! Read more

If you go to Subway or one of the other chains, you may feel the prices at Sourdough &Co seem a bit high for the sizes offered.... Sometimes it's not about size but quality. You can't compare a restaurant like Red Robin to McDonald's. That said the qualityhere was very high. The meats and cheeses were not low quality but were top notch. The Sourdough bread used was outstanding witha crisp top and a soft center. If you like soup, The clam chowder is probably one of the best I've tasted away from the coast. Irarely give five stars unless I'm truly impressed and feel they accomplished something unique. They earned it with quality andfriendly staff. Great Job at this location! Read more

I give this 3.5 stars. Excellent sourdough bread. Liked the French dip. Dipping sauce was a perfect match. Maybe I was hungry,... but my family agreed on their sandwiches. Read more

Sourdough & Co recently had their soft opening, and I can say that their sandwiches were really good. I ordered the Pesto... Turkey, which comes with the basic toppings - meat, cheese, lettuce and tomato. This sandwich probably would have been betterwith a pepperoncini (in my opinion) but I?ll know to ask for next time. The overall wait time was less than 7 minutes, and oncemy order was placed, it took them 3 minutes to make my sandwich. Overall, a great tasting sandwich (spouse agreed), friendlystaff, and approximately $12 for an 8? sandwich (no chips or drink). One other thing of mention is that the ingredients tastedfresh, and the sourdough was not hard. It was soft enough to eat without tearing up your mouth. Oh, and be sure to park on theside of the building- by Domino?s, otherwise you will get stuck by the drive thru from the business next door. Read more
