Sushi cuisine is my favorite in town. Great food and the staff is wonderful. Will, liz, Cristina and the staff are great.... Constantly checking up on you and making sure you are satisfied. My husband and I decided to try this place for lunch today because it had 4 stars. I'm not sure how people in Turlock like their... fish, but we travel all over the U.S. for work and this place was disgusting. I got greeted and told to sit, while I looked overthe menu waiting for my husband to arrive...I could overhear the 2 waitresses talking about their periods and birth control! Notsure about you but that not what I like to hear about before I have lunch. Anyhow we ordered 2 rolls and the spicy tuna was notrolled like a roll. The other one was not fresh at all and tasted like the tuna was sitting for a week. We will ll not bereturning back to this place. Read more

We ordered 4 rolls for about $50. I was a bit disappointed though by the dragon roll. When I was chewing, I felt something... poking me. It was little fish bones. I was very put off by that and lost my appetite. Everything else was okay. We also orderedthe lambada, a baked salmon roll, and horse roll. The server was polite.
