Arrived at 8:30 to see the Supervisor, Manager or Owner standing outside smoking and socializing with a friend. I asked if they... were open he said ?No, not till 10?clock.? Which of course is ridiculous. He offered to make me food, but seriously who turnsaway customers at 8:30am and tells them, while smoking and socializing that they are closed. I will never go to another Wendy?sthe lost my business for good. Any place of business, especially food service, that can?t be bother to interrupt their smokebreak to provide service, has lost my patronage.
