I am going to preface I should have handled the situation better. I went through your drive through today to order drinks. I got... to the window and was matter of fact tone advised you were out of chai. Frustrated I said to remove the drink. This is now the8th time in the last 10 trips the item I have ordered has been out. That includes the time you were out of large cups. The totalat the window never changed when they rang out minus the one drink. I asked for a receipt and was huffed at. Once the window wasclosed I complained to my passenger about the stocks and service. My order was brought by a different gentle who mockingly toldme to have a nice day. Based on his tone I poorly reacted and gave him the finger. As I drove away another female took it uponherself to stick her head out the window and mockingly yell have a nice day. I admit I was wrong but this is the worst service Ihave received in the 7 years I have gone to dunkin in the Turner area. Read more
This location had an insanely slow drive through 3 cars should not take 15 to 20 minutes. Prices since covid have gone through... the roof . As far as orders go I have yet to have my order messed up and this was still a daily stop for me on the way into workfor many months.. now it is hit or miss just due to the wait time. Read more
Tried buying a turbo over ice. Nope, they're 'not allowed' to do that. So, I ask to buy a small cup of ice, to do it myself.... Nope. They're 'not allowed' to sell me a simple small cup of ice. Next, I ask for a small ice water. She brings it with no ice!I wish I was kidding. So, we ask for ice in it, and luckily the girl at the window was very pleasant about it, and confused asto why there was no ice in the cup. Person taking our order was very surly and unhelpful. Update: came back through today, andmy goodness. Still rude and unhelpful as ever. Last of their espresso beans, wasted on the wrong coffees, and couldn't remakeit, as they were out. Was marked properly on the cup, but instead of caramel, they used irish cream. Yuck. Just very rude duringthe whole 'ordeal'...I won't be trying this place again. Read more
Love coffee like who does not!!! So happy things are getting better with saving because it is so bad when your in a rush and... want a nice cup of cofffee and have to wait! So thankful for the on the go! Thanks Dunkin?!!! Your the best!!! Read more

I've been here a lot and had no issues but today I went in and bought $14 worth of food. I gave the man 1 10 1 5 and 5 1s and... then he gave me back 53 cents... I told him that I gave him more but he said I gave him $15 and then this lady told me to leaveand just give them my name and number... not sure if I'm going to get the money back. I'm not mad at the fact it happened I'mjust annoyed they told me to leave because now I'm not sure I'll have any proof of what happened. Update: never got the moneyback... They told me there is nothing they can do ???? Very very disappointed and I will not be going back again. Read more
