I was the first person to order at the time and the employees said they had to finish the drive through before serving us.... That's fine I am patient. We waited for 25 minutes when another customer who came in got their food before we even did. I wentto the front to ask for a refund of the food because I obviously wasn't getting it. I ordered 2 orders of the chive and onion stuffed mini bagels and a small frozen French vanilla coffee. They gave me plain mini... bagels and the second order of them WAS NOT COOKED AT ALL.
