I was the first person to order at the time and the employees said they had to finish the drive through before serving us.... That's fine I am patient. We waited for 25 minutes when another customer who came in got their food before we even did. I wentto the front to ask for a refund of the food because I obviously wasn't getting it. The lady cursed at me and started yelling atme before I even came on with an attitude. It was very poor service. The employees working were a blue haired girl and an overweight teenager. Read more
I ordered 2 orders of the chive and onion stuffed mini bagels and a small frozen French vanilla coffee. They gave me plain mini... bagels and the second order of them WAS NOT COOKED AT ALL. I've been here a few times and most of the time my items were as ordered, however this last time I couldn't wait to get my... morning coffee and when I got to work realize that I was given flavored tea instead. Was charged 1.50 for a courtesy cup of water. When I questioned the price I was told I had to pay for a cup of water, I was... never charged for a courtesy cup before. Extremely rude! Can?t even describe how disgust I am. Bottled water is different butfor a courtesy cup? Not even 50 cents for the cup for a whole 1.50?! Absolutely awful. I?ve been asking for courtesy cups foryears. Any time I order for inside pickup. My orders never ready when I get there. & i live about 15mins away from this dunkin. I... understand when they're busy but it happens even when theres not a sole in the drive through. I dont understand theirmalfunction. Read more
