All the other Dunkin donuts I go to provide tap water for free. Today they started charging $1.00 for tap water. What a ripoff

Today this dunking donuts went above and beyond their normal happy morning duties for my friend and I thought I should say... something about it! My girlfriend stops every morning to get her caramel and sugar with a tad of coffee..haha, and them at theturnersville DD know exactly what I mean...and most mornings its great and were off to work with out a hitch...thx to the DDteam there. But this morning, her car started smoking as we were in the drive thru line, and the customers pulled together andbeeped to let us know, so we quickly got out of line and preceded to go into the gas station next door to the DD. We wanted towait for the car to cool off and get a game plan. As we were inspecting under the hood and car we were greeted by 1 of theamazing Dunking Donuts associates that walked my gf coffee out to her and said " we just didnt want you to not have your coffeetoo!" I thought that was just great customer service and I didnt know her name, but we were there approximately 9/915am and shehas blonde hair. Not a fan, I've been to this location many times, they've messed up my order often. Okay so I got bacon when I asked for... sausage, no big deal. But, the mistake that bothers me the most is when I ask for unsweetened iced tea, and I go to take a sip,and its full of sugar!! We'll I've already driven off and on my way, so I end up pouring out the drink. Thats $4 wasted. $4 on atea bag in water and they mess it up almost everytime. I never learn bc I keep going back. The staff has no urgency to make your order or take your order. Today they only put one mocha pump in my coffee instead of the 4... its comes with on the menu. They come off as rude and stand offish. Very disappointed. Read more
Terrible service. Went through the drive through and whoever was on the microphone was very rude. Then, when I get my order, I... asked for 25 munchkins, half chocolate glazed half regular glazed, and I got half regular glazed with half regular with a pinkpowder. Then I asked for a plain toasted bagel with butter, and you can tell that they did not care to it at all to make itgood. Check out the photos to see what I mean.
