The slowest McDonald's ever. After living in the area for about 2 yrs, I've been here probably 20 times or so for the... convenience, very rarely is the drive thru moving efficiently and almost always something wrong so I dont leave without doublechecking.. One Star Too Many! Place was operated by basically screaming animals. Supervision of staff was non existent. Burgers and fries... tasted several hours old served on stale rolls. Worst McDonald's experience ever... Will never return to this franchise. Read more
Worst McDonalds ever. Sweet tea was a shade darker than water. Fries were old and had no salt and were cold. Person at the... window had an attitude when I said I didn't want the sweet tea. And the wait time from start to finish was over 40 minutes. Stayaway from this one. Read more

We stopped for Carmel sundaes. They were filled so high and the lids didn't fit the top. So all the Carmel and ice cream spilled... out and onto clothes and car. They did nothing but tell us that the manufacturer of the lids didn't fit the sundae cups. Theydidn't do a thing!!! Really is that customer service. Will not come here again. I would ask the manager this: how would you feelif this happened to you and would you be happy with the explanation but offer nothing besides blaming the manufacturers of thecups and lids. Read more
Rude and bad service. Will never go to this McDonald's again. The female manager who was on duty when i was there was a horrible... manager with bad customer service. They forget that they have a job because of us customers. I've been a retail manager and fastfood manager. I would have fired her if she was my employee. I think McDonald's corporation should make the franchise ownersmore accountable for customer service. Anything other than excellence should not be tolerated. Chick fill a has great customerservice at every and all restaurants and thats why i will go there from now on. I'm dome with McDonald's. McDonalds could never get this order correct. I ordered 3 cheeseburgers and 2 double burgers with no cheese. Pretty simple... right? No, they get a brain freeze everytime i order that. Even at other McD?s. Same thing. After 4 tries they finally repeatedback to me after ordering it a different way. Apparently, you have to say 2 cheeseburgers w no cheese. Somehow that works. So Iget the order, when we we get home, we open the bag and guess what we got? 5 fricken double cheese burgers! Try it yourselforder a double with no cheese and see what I mean. Read more
