I used to come here for apps and milkshakes as a kid, and now my family loves doing late night take out milkshakes at the... counter. The employees always seem to make it fun for the customers, and they have fun with one another while still doing agreat job. Always quick and perfectly executed service. Fast service when not busy. Hash browns were not over cooked today, a rare thing. All the food and service was great.
This niftiest was really good! We usually go to the one at Grant Avenue and the Boulevard in Northeast Philly but it?s always so... crowded we could never get in. First time ever being here and let me tell you I was surprised at how well the food was. I was skeptical at first because some... people say they don?t like it but you never know and can?t take peoples word. I got a delicious Peanut Butter and Bananamilkshake, so good I loved it and it was really creamy and thick and just so darn good. I got 2 chicken fingers because I wasn?tsure if I would have liked them or not some places make them really good and some don?t, but they were really GOOD and I got theThai sweet chili and dipped them in ranch. The two boys I babysit got hotdogs and fries. I also got fries and cheese sauce onthe side and the cheese sauce was really yummy. Our server was training with another waitress and they were really nice andpolite. We dined in and it got busy and everything was just laid back. They also have an arcade for the kids and that was reallyfun. They also have mini golfing I hope to do that next time I come for a visit. Prices are fair too not to pricey andeverything was great. Food was good. HUGE selection of shakes. Soooo good. Only reason for 4 stars is because their fries are limp and soft. Then if... you add the wiz, it's sogfest! So I suggest they make the fries crisper so that won't happen. Service was excellent. Read more
The atmosphere is great. Hand crafted sodas and shakes are great. The portions on the fries are huge and lots of varieties of... specialty toppings on the fries. We sat at a table under one of the ceiling fans and I would try to avoid that. It made the foodget cold almost right away after it was served. Also the fries even plain ones were heavily seasoned with salt and pepper. Thislocation has an attached game area and minature golf course we visited also. The game area I would avoid unless you were havinga birthday party. Over priced games award prize tickets for useless prizes. The golf course was in good condition. Waterfallswere off for the season. Only thing missing on the course is they do not have the holes numbered. Something that could be doneso easily but is not. They should deffinatly add hole numbers and make it clear where to start.
