The food was okay. It is what you would expect at a chain restaurant. The prices don?t necessarily reflect the quality, but it... was adequate. The service by our server Robert W was perfect though. One of the best servers we have had. He is very attentiveto all of his guests. We noticed that he gave the other customers in our area the same service we received. I don?t understand what be going on in the kitchen but some days my food is good the other my food looks like this and... incorrect? this is just the cheese fries. They layered a new set of fries on top. There?s only cheese in the middle and barelyany at that. Plus the fries our over cooked. I got the fries as a side and with that one they forgot the bacon. First they leftmy food outside of the ground (bagged) while they went to get another persons order they messed up. then pasta I had a couplemonths ago with no sauce and now this. At least the Outback in Deptford gives me better quality l. Will never go back to thislocation Read more

I longed to eat here had been eating at home most because of Covid-19. My oldest son treated me and his brothers here and the... pic I posted is what I ate. They have a chicken and rib combo that I asked to replace the grilled chicken with blooming chicken.Excellent choice. The chicken was so tender you could cut it with a fork. The ribs were finger licking good and my sidesbroccoli and cheese and vegetable medley were delicious. I loved it so much we went back the next week. The servers werecustomer friendly and our food was nice and hot. Our family had a great bonding moment with good food. Also we ordered anappetizer called cheesesteak dip that is unbelievably good. Party of 9. Due to unavailability at our usual steak house, we figured to give Outback a try (it's been forever and now I... remember why). Let's start with the positive...Extra Special Shout-Out To The Waitress Mariah!! So Sweet, Attentive,Knowledgeable, and Just Greatness in General! Though the wait time for service was longer than usual (it's totallyunderstandable because it was a Sat night). Experience: We were provided with our starters/salads just for the food to sit thereas the restaurant had no utensils rolled in napkins. An adults salad was "soupy" due to it being drenched with SaladDressing. Regarding the meals, ALL adults plus 2 children were not satisfied. Shrimp on the Barbie was very salty, as was theBloomin Fried Chicken. The food came out room temp. My personal experience: Plate was Dirty....The mashed potatoes were verydry...the asparagus was undercooked, and the Victoria steak was "MEH". For dessert, everyone complimented the cheesecake, butthe ice cream from the sundae was pretty much presented as soup (melted). Thankfully the company was FaBuLoUs!! Sorry, but willnot be returning.
