Always order from here almost on a daily basis, do to me owning a store in the outlets. They are always so friendly and always... give me me little free things here and there. Always greeting everyone that goes in and out even when busy. They make therecustomers feel special and it?s not just me I see it with each customer that comes in. Best startbucks in town! Read more

Normally I do not write reviews but I can not get over the bad customer service experience I had at this location. One barista I... did not catch the name but had a lot of pins on her hat, was not very friendly with her service. I kept trying to give mycustomized drink order while she kept trying to tell me we do not have what I want. I was aware that is why I was giving verysimple changed because i was trying to change my drink. She repeatedly kept trying to offer different drink options and thenproceeded to tell me that they do no have what I want and that "We are not dunkin". I was so fed up I got something else andthrew it out because it was not good. This is why Dunkin gets all of my business, better prices, better coffee, better service. Read more
