We went in Saturday evening, around 8pm. Our server stopped by our table as quickly as we were seated to bring us waters, then... we never saw her again. After waiting about 20 minutes, we left without ordering. It had been quite some time since we lastvisited this location because of poor service. Great staff, Especially The manager on shift Ricky. Made small talk about our families! Food was awaiting my arrival. Ordered... a lot, and they didn’t forget a thing. Every sauce was good (franks red hot, Jack daniels glaze, garlic parm. The ribs werefalling off the bone with a nice grill crisp outer and juicy meaty rib meat. Mozzarella sticks were good. Nicely cooked. Quesofries were good. They included a ton of extra sauces, and everything was packaged greatly. Oh the sweet tea is phenomenal. Hasa hint of mint or tropical taste. Very good. Great food! I honestly was not expecting much for lunch, but not only was the service good- shout out to the manager for saying... hello- but the food was great. The ribs were perfectly charred and fall off the bone tender. The new item, I think they’recalled chicken slammers? Crispy chicken in a sweet roll— SO GOOD! So here I am eating the Cajun Alfredo and I find a piece of glass in my food smh this is terrible.. please be careful if you eat... here I almost swallowed glass.. I will be taking legal actions against this fridays Read more
We went for a late lunch, and we were seated quickly and our server got us our drinks and appetizer quick. First we ordered the... nachos and cheese then I had half a rack with mash and cole slaw, my wife had grilled chicken with mash potatoes and brócolifor dessert we had the Cinnabon pecan cheesecake. The dessert consists of a piece of cheesecake and cake combination a scoop ofvanilla ice-cream top with caramel and pecans, I think it could easily feed a family of four to try it. One glass of strawberrylemonade and a tall glass of Blue Moon it was around 56 dollars. Our server was great and the manager came around on twooccasions to see how was everything. Read more
We ordered delivery here and when the food came our burger and both of our steaks were completely raw. The food was fine when we... cooked it ourselves afterwards but it was a disgusting experience. Read more
I want to say that the food was great but our server was awesome!! She stopped by my table within a minute after we were seated... and took our drink order. She was back at our table in 2 minutes with our drinks. She stopped by our table frequently to ask ifwe needed anything. She is what makes the overall experience a 10+++. All of the waitresses were working very hard providinggood service to the customers. I like eating at TGI and it’s been a while with COVID precautions but they have stepped uptheir game. I like the new decor and our food was really delicious. I forgot to take food photos but tonight I give TGI highmarks for superior service and inviting atmosphere and great food from the kitchen staff!! Thank you! Read more
Went there yesterday at 2pm upon arriving the place was not busy we waited to be seated for awhile finally the bartender comes... and seats us with an attitude didn’t even greet us she took our drink orders brought in my coffee then really caught anattitude when I stated to her that I needed more creamers being as though it was a huge cup of coffee more like a soup bowl! Thebartender/server tells me take your spoon I stated you can say please take your spoon more attitude then I hear her say I willnever work 1st shift again how pleasant in front of customers needless to say the food was good but I will never come to thisestablishment again!!
