My friend and I ordered using the app and selected curbside pickup. The app acknowledged that we were there, allowed us to... select our parking spot number, and send a receipt to my email. We then waited for the food to arrive. And we waited. Andwaited. Thirty minutes after we had placed the order, we decided to check on things. Unfortunately, the lobby was closed, so ouronly option was the drive thru. After waiting in a long line for another 20 minutes, we arrived at the window where we explainedthat we had a mobile order. The employee entered the number of our order into the system and said it was waiting for us to checkin. There is no way to check in if you have already checked in on the app. I have been using the app successfully for years,never had this problem. The employee did not offer to help in any way, didn't seem to believe we had even ordered, and ignoredus until we said we would order through the drive thru. We ended up out the cost of the original meal, which was charged to myfriend's card, and we had to pay again for the food we ordered in the drive thru. Never going back again. Read more
Original crispy chicken sandwich hot, moist and delicious. Might have been even better with a little mayo, lettuce and tomato... on it. Service was quick and staff efficient and pleasant. Read more
I had a nice experience at this particular McDonald's restaurant. There was no wait in line, and the cashier was friendly and... fast. I found that the food was hot , as well as fresh. I would like for McDonald's to be consistent. And that's what I got!!! Read more
Went here just before 10pm tonight (Saturday, September 24th 2022). Hours say 11. But they said they decided to close early. I... worked at McDonalds for 3 years and there was never a time it was okay to close early, even when we had 2 people. They were alsoextremly rude. They said they were closing at 10, and it wasn't even 10 yet. We were on the road, I am pregnant, hungry andthirsty and needed at least something to drink and they wouldn't even do that. When we asked a guy (different employee) came onthe speaker and yelled "we already told you were ****** closing!" We will absolutley never be back and will be complaining tocorporate and spreading the word near and far. Trust me this is coming from someone who has worked in the food service industryfor 15 years and usually takes their side but nothing about this was okay. Read more
Restroom: Needed to be cleaned. Very dirty. Dining room: Couldn't find a clean table. Floors could have been swept. Front... Counter: Very clean. Cashier Very pleasant. Above menu board did not list allot items nor there price. Read more
Walked in at 6:40 this morning to get some breakfast.walked into the lobby and was greeted by someone. No help for 7 minutes... then the manager or someone walked up and said ?our lobby is closed drive through only? their door clearly states they?re openat 6:00 am and why is their lobby door open if the lobby is closed. Also I was heading back home from picking up inventory formy store and had a huge trailer behind my truck so I was unable to go through the drive through. Had to go next door to BP toget a donut that?s probably of legal age to gamble. My main issue was that they made us wait several minutes and then rudelykicked us out. Disappointed. Read more
The food was disgusting, old & cold, no excuses! If we weren't so hungry & traveling at the time, we would have addressed the... problem. Not only is the price of food outrageous but quality was horrible! We really just felt like throwing it at the drivethru window! McDonald's has really gone downhill! Definitely not consistent in food quality but in grossness they're at the top! Read more
Drive-thru only open. Had to send my quarter lb deluxe sandwich ???? back. It was so sloppy! ! Couldn't even hold it to eat ... Got another one. People working there should take a "class " in Communications so they might know how to "act" with the publicbetter. Read more
