I enjoy stopping in when my daughter & I are out doin some shopping& there lil to no wait time to be seated in my experiences.... We both try different things when she was younger the chicken finger meal was her go to but she is now all about the differenttypes of burgers. I myself love the Classic Bacon cheeseburger or mushroom Swiss burger waffle fries are amazing & we usuallyget cheese sticks as appetizers. The food is always good neither of us have had a bad meal & occasionally take home ourleftovers. If I'm not driving & others are with us I suggest a quick stop at the bar to try one of their wonderful mixed drinksthe server was kind & showed me many of the house cocktails if all are as good as one I had its wonderful. So between the widevariety of good food from great Pasta to very good Salads ???? even amazing desserts I would give this a chance next time u areshopping at University Mall stop by on your way in.. or out if u prefer you will not be disappointed. This was my first time eating at Applebee's and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was really good, although the service left... much to be desired. I hate to fault them too much for being understaffed, but there were only 3 people in FOH. However, theymanaged to do an amazing job. We got the unlimited boneless wings, which while tasty, diminished in size after the firstserving. When we asked for more, they brought a plate no bigger than a softball with 4 small wings. It was certainly aninteresting experience that can satisfy a craving, but I don't know if I'll be back anytime soon. Read more

Service was great. Very friendly and fast but the food wasn't hot or I guess I say fresh. Very tough chicken mashed potatoes... were burnt on the bottom. I remember Applebee's being so good years ago but now I can't say I really care for it. Read more

Used to be one of the best places in town to eat but now it has really declined, the prices are jacked up high, the food isn't... really anything to go crazy about anymore, this used to be me, my friends and family first choice to eat at but now its our lastresort Read more

Had been a while since I dined here, and don't get me wrong, the food was good. Nothing spectacular though, as the menu is... becoming somewhat stale and uninspired. The lack of new entrees serves for a steady, but lacking experience. Overall though, themeal was fresh, hot, and tasted great! Read more
