Each time that i am able to make a stop here, i always find exactly what i didnt know exactly that i needed. I've had to have... the desk assistants help me a few times when i was seeking a specific title. Each time, even when i couldn't remember the exactauthors name, they were very friendly and helpful, and got me to directly what i was searching for. I've also had to order anout of stock title, which the staff and the desk, again, very helpful and knowledgeable, made it quick and easy to get my bookordered and on its way to the store. They told me a week, it would be in, but it only took like 2 days to get there, and when itarrived, i I received a phone call, letting me know that my title was in store and ready for pick up. No matter what your into,if its not on the shelf, the staff will make sure it will be on the way in no time at all. Not only am i a huge Barnes n Noblefan, I'm very adamant about this store, because of the atmosphere and that is due to the staff, which in turn, makes it acomfortable environment for its customers. I try to encourage others to stop for a visit and check out the cool titles andother things that they have. I I try to bring a friend along, each time i visit, and I've received a many "Thank You forbringing me here". Nice bookstore with a good assortment of books and other stuff. And faster than Amazon even if you happen to be in the area!... Helpful personnel. There's also a Starbucks inside that is pretty swift. Read more
