I?m clearly adding on to the other 20 complaints about the worlds most ANGRY UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER ALLISON. If I could give 0... stars I would!! I ordered a bo berry sausage biscuit. Everything was separated even the cheese and It was not even hot! So Iasked for a refund and was responded with ? I?ll give you one when I feel like it ? I was so shocked! I never seen someone inmanagement so rude and GHETTO. Almost every time I come to this location I?m met with some form of disrespect or attitude!!SERIOUSLY Do better Bojangles!! Pulled up to the drive-thru kind of late about 30 minutes before they closed they only had a few pieces of chicken left. I ordered 3 4 piece chicken supreme meals I get home and I only got 3piece meals I paid $31.00 . The tenders were so small and... the order of fries were small in each box. I guess they must thought I ordered kids meal from McDonald's. I will never go back. I called and both managers I spoke with your very rude. Don't go waste your money here. Management absolutely needs to pay more. These kinds of wages in 2021 are absolutely unacceptable. Employees seem to be trying... their best, but it?s understandable why service is slow and they have trouble keeping up with lunch rush. Management / ownersshould be ashamed. The Cajun chicken biscuit was my favorite but the biscuits and gravy were so good! Loved the hashbrowns! The coffee could be... better but that's not why I went there. Service was quick even though only the drive through was open. Read more

Waited in the drive-thru line for a solid 15 minutes after one of the unpleasant ordering experiences I?ve had in my time as a... student at Bama. Ended up leaving the line before I?d gotten my food. If the staff here can?t function during normal work hourslike any other fast food restaurant in the area can then I?d suggest hiring new employees. Read more
