Where do I begin?! Burger was one of the best I have ever had by far. The ceo burger blew my pallets away. And the fries are... nice and crisp. Flavorless burger - the only flavor was the pickles I asked for. Other toppings I ordered didn?t make it on the burger. Fries... were okay but obviously had been sitting out a while. Ordered ranch, got jalapeño ranch and truffle aioli (the most disgustingsmelling stuff ever) instead. Went for lunch and ordered 2 regular BurgerFi with Cheese.. the beef patties are good and juicy but the BUN was cold! You can't... be bothered to even toast it! What a disappointment. Totally unacceptable at this price.., the lettuce was not fresh either..Onion rings were good. Quality is not proportional to the price they charge.. Read more
Absolutely awful and for over 40 dollars for 2 burgers and fries the food was disgusting. Cold and undercooked. If we get food... poisoning the manager of this location will get the bill. How disappointing, you ask for extra crispy fries and you get soggycold fries. The staff looks at you like a deer in headlights when you ask for your food to be hot . I do not recommend burger fi. Save your $$ and get a real meal at a local bar. Disgusting and disappointing! If I could give it a 0 I would have. Thisfranchise sucks! Read more
It's a really good looking store, really good looking food. It tastes pretty good, but not something I'd go out of my way for.... My meal felt pretty overpriced for what I got, but with this company being eco-conscious, I guess that's expected. Service herewas really good though! Burger Fi?! What happened?! Your burgers used to be so juicy and now our most recent visit was just okay. The girl at the... register didn't seem too happy being there that day either. This used to be one of our more frequented locations but thequality has gone down. We'll stick to 5 Guys instead. Bummer. Read more
I prefer BurgerFi over Whataburger if I had to choose. Their Patty's just seem a little juicier and thier sauces are... delicious! They have large crispy onion rings that are seasoned perfectly and thier chicken options are pretty delicious too! Ialso like to indulge in thier delicious, thick, creamy milkshakes on occasion as well. The only drawback is thier higherprices. Read more
