Came here for a catering pick up? it was a quick process & the food was good. Only complaint from the group is that everyone was... looking for sauce. From my understanding, it is usually included aside from the ketchup, mustard & mayo that comes in the box. Ididn?t think to ask because that was my first time picking up for this group. I imagine everyone has had the food at Chick-fil-A, right? If not, I would describe it as your average chicken sandwhich, or... nuggets, but fresher seeming ingredients. The chicken is good, the nuggets are good but the waffle fries just okay, lightlysalted. What I love about this place is, even with its long lines, particularly the drive thru, it always go quick! Quickerthan a short line at McDonald's! And the staff are friendlier than a lot of other places. When we came here last night, after alittle Trick-or- Treating, it was no different, long fast line and friendly staff. Our food came to us hot and fresh and wewere satisfied ???? Read more
The place is clean nice and has play place for kids. Also staff are nice and helpful.
As usual the food was good and they were very busy. My frustration comes from not getting what I ordered. They ask you what... sauces you want and how many...I get to the table and unpack the items from my bag and none of the sauces are included, eventhough they are listed on my receipt and on a sticker on the outside of the bag. I had to go up to the counter to request mysauces. My husband ordered a chocolate shake and received a vanilla shake instead. So back up the counter I go. I haven?t really had a bad experience until today. The line took far too long, both lemonades ordered were disgusting and upon... opening mine, I discovered a hair. Gross!! All drinks have been disposed of. Waste of time and money. Read more
Egg white grill was cold because the English muffin was not toasted. The cheese wasn?t even melted. It is usually really good... but not today. I hate paying for something that is half done. I would like for the person who did this to try it and see how badit was!! Read more
