Terrible. Ordered a curbside pickup - checked in that I had arrived to retrieve my order at the designated pickup time - waited... outside the establishment for over 15 minutes with my hazards on after having checked in - tried calling to see how much longerthe wait would be but no one ever answered the phone - then had to get out and go inside to find out that they were literallyjust putting my pizza in the oven as I had walked in. No one thought to come and tell me that there was a delay and my orderwould be very much behind knowing that I was waiting outside. No one thought to apologize for my wait so I decided to cancel theorder. Very disappointing customer service. Read more

We waited an hour and then I called the store to ask if they?d keep the pizza there so my husband could pick it up instead. Was... told the pizza was already in the car. We waited another 30-40 minutes before the pizza arrived. It had clearly been sittingunder the heat lamp and was completely dried out. Tried to use the online link to submit a complaint and it it keeps telling methe order hasn?t left the store yet. I will never order from this location again. Might want to avoid this place with all cost, Called the manager and said pizza, parmesan bites, and chicken bites were all... cold, and he told me ?well there?s nothing I can do, You can bring the pizza back and I can refund it but that?s only thing?That?s great customer service!!! took over 1 hour and 20 minutes to get it delivered when expected delivery time was 30-40minutes. I order from dominos all the time at least three a week but today I ordered my food took about an hour before the app said... complete but my order haven?t came so I called my told me he running late to my address. So I waited looking outside the wholetime no show so I called back the manager tells me he came and rings my door bell I told him he didn?t because I was watchingoutside the whole time. I order from this location frequently because it is very close to my house. I order the same thing very time. It never changes.... That includes leaving garlic off the crust because it is a BBQ based pizza that doesn?t go well with garlic and butter. It isalways hit or miss whether the garlic gets left off the pizza. Literally, you could roll dice and have as good a chance ofguessing whether there will be garlic or not. I don?t know if the people working in the store can?t read, or whether they justlack the attention to detail that is necessary for quality service. But I would not recommend this location to anyone if youvalue good service. If this happens one more time after leaving this review, and the same feedback through the online orderingapp, I will never return to this store and will start ordering pizza from somewhere else. Good customer service requires payingattention. And when repeat customers always order the same selection, you would think it would be right more times than it?snot. Online order said it would be ready at 5:48. I came right on time, and they said that there could be up to a 2 hour delay since... their online system was allowing too many orders through at once due to being Halloween. They said that they couldn't find myorder in the queue, and they couldn't guarantee anything soon. However, they were telling everyone else individually that itwould be just 35 minutes. I canceled my order after feeling treated unfairly. Their ability to adapt with their software is whyI won't give them the time of day again. Read more
