Update: I have placed an order with this store several times since my first review and it's has went downhill since then. I... ordered an arrangement to surprise my husband for the beginning of the school year and the fruit looked awful! You would thinkthe price they charge for an arrangement it would be better. But did I learn my lesson...NO! I placed another order for myhusband on Monday, September 27th for delivery. Before placing the order, I called the store to make sure the order could bethere my noon on Thursday, September 30th and was informed that will be no problem. However on the day of delivery, I tried tocall the store numerous times to confirm the time, however no one ever picked up the phone!!! I finally contacted the corporateoffice and they wasn't much assistance to the matter either!! I couldn't go to the store because I'm in another state!! If thesearrangements are going to cost this amount of money, then the product and customer service needs to be top notch!!!! I made mypurchase online, however being in another state I had a few questions pertaining to the delivery. The customer service wasoutstanding. They answered my questions in a professional manner. On September 22 I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to a family member. I received a call hours later that my order could... not be delivered to the hospital and that someone would need to pick it up. I?m not from AL, but I was able to find someone todeliver it for me. I was told I would get 10% off plus the delivery charge waived (obviously). When the item cleared my account,it cleared for the entire amount. I called and spoke to the manager, Courtney, who assured me she would refund the $16+. Icalled every few days and was told it takes a while to clear the bank. It?s been 2 weeks, so I called again. I was told the zipcode didn?t match my card and that I would need to call corporate to get my money. It is the only card I have, meaning Courtneyentering the zip code incorrectly when attempting the refund. She said there is nothing she can do at this point. It?s not thedollar amount, but the principal and poor customer service that has me beyond frustrated. DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THISPLACE. There?s a reason they only have 3 stars. Never again.
