Honestly, I'm impressed with how good their biscuits are, especially for the price. We typically get both sausage and chicken... biscuits for the races on Sunday, so we've tried both. Out off all the fast food places, I would not choose Jack's... I ate here for the first time and was pretty disappointed. Inside the restaurant wasn't clean from the night before. Parking lot was not clean, windows all dirty. Do you have someone who... can come in to clean up after you close. Employees fighting and throwing food at each other when it 1st opened. Sacked gravy n bisquit side ways made mess itside bag.... Nasty mess og breakfast. I don't eat there. For what it is I give it 5 stars. A fast food restaurant on a major college campus. We were in town for Homecoming. It was a... few hours before game time. Jack's was not our first choice but we knew anything on the strip was going to be packed with waittimes. My family of four (two teens) ate for under $30. Everyone commented that the burger and fries was better than expected(Maybe we've become spoiled to think we had to spend $50 plus). I wanted to try their chicken but another day. My kids havenever been to Jack's. The staff was very friendly and seemed attentive to details evem though it was a heavy crowd and probablyhad been for a while. Great burgers. Had a specialty Wicked Pickles Bacon Burger that was to die for. The pickles were crunchy and had a nice kick... to them. Good customer service. They prepare a large tray of ice water you can pick up at the counter which was nice. Goodair conditioning which was a godsend on a hot day. The dining lounge has screens that were playing sports.
