We have a Jersey Mike?s ( new store ) in McFarland Plaza store # 12033 Tuscaloosa Alabama, and I have eaten there 3 times and... every time was GREAT! Tonight my wife had a tuna sub and she said it was the best tuna she has ever had! The manager Steve cameto our table and asked if everything was satisfactory. Whole order was made incorrectly I took a friend to this location and we got 3 sandwiches, chips and drinks for $53. One for... me, one for my friend and one for a friend of ours that is in the hospital that we were taking it to her. After a 25 minutewait. They made all 3 sandwiches wrong. Nothing was correct and our ?hot? sandwiches were room temperature. After they remadeall of food which took an additional 10 to 15 minutes. They assured us that it was correct. When we arrived at the hospital toeat with our friend that is sick. We discovered that her sandwich was still not made correctly. 7 staff members on the clockand they all dropped the ball.
