Freaky Slow Delivery my last three times ordering. An hour and half for a sandwich. Time to recruit people that want to work.

I eat at Jimmy John?s almost weekly. This was my first time at the 69 South location as I was waiting for my bf to have dental... work done next door. I placed my order in the drive through. Once I pulled up to the window, the drive thru lady open the windowbut never said a word. She just held the window open for the 2 minutes it took them to make my sandwich and stared at thecomputer screen frowning. It was very awkward and rude. A young black guy came from across the room to bring my sandwich. I?massuming he was a delivery driver as he was wearing a jacket that was very wet from the active rain. He told me to have a goodday. At the moment I grabbed my bag from him. The drive thru lady ( older short white lady) starts SNEEZING INTO THE AIR. I knowthis is Alabama and ppl don?t want to wear masks but if you?re sick you could at least wear a mask or cover your d*** mouth.Especially at a restaurant that serves cold food. Will not be back. My first visit to Jimmy John's and I was shocked that they dont offer heated or toasted sandwiches. Everything cold. Also no... tray to carry your food to table. Hard to carry sandwiches chips drinks and napkins in your arms. The food was pretty good.Meats were fresh. Bread was fresh but not soft. Overall descent but probably won't be back. I went to this location on Saturday July 11, 2020 and ordered the tuna on the thick sliced wheat bread. I didn?t order it... special or anything. I left and went back to work, which is just down the sidewalk from there. I ate half my sandwich andreached for the other half and had mold on the tomato. I took it back and got my money back. Music is too loud to hear what theyare saying to you in there and the two guys that was in there wasn?t friendly. It wasn?t a pleasant experience at all. Read more
