Last night we had a sad experience here. We ordered two sandwiches, got home and neither were correct. We were not given a... receipt but when we came back, we actually looked at it and one sandwich was taken down correctly, the other was not. We were alittle inconvenienced with having to go back but I feel like we were very patient with the staff. The employee who took ourorder however argued with us about what we ordered and what seemed like the manager, rolled their eyes at us. At that point wewere actually very frustrated and disappointed because it was such an easy fix! I hope next time we are treated a little bitbetter and the staff is more cautious about their reactions to minor mistakes as well! Read more
They claim to be ?freaky fast? but yet it takes a phone call and 30-45 minutes to get your food delivered less than 5 minute... drive away from the store. I would from here own out go to the store and order through drive thru instead of the app. Stopclaiming to be freaky fast if you are going to mess up a costumers lunch. Read more
Sandwiches were good but my issue was w me making an order online to pick up on a Monday night at 745pm and it went through at... 706pm... I sat in parking lot till 8 waiting for the tracker to say it was ready and still not. If they are claiming to be "freaky fast" then why can't they get an order done on time on a Monday night? It will not stop me from eating there but Iprobably will not be making orders ahead and just driving up and ordering, then they are normally fast. Read more
Fast pickup food. I wouldn't say it's amazing, but the staff are consistent so while I may not be nuts over the sandwich itself... I always get exactly what I expect and know I can swing by when I'm late to work and have filling food to work a 12hr shift on.The location is clean and the staff are very very nice. They prep the food perfectly and it's probably the fastest food inTuscaloosa. It takes like four minutes to stop pickup pay and leave. Read more
