This place has the sorriest employees I've ever seen. We waited out in drive-through for about 35mins and finally got to the... window to be told they're out of pepperoni and can't make a pizza. No signs, nobody came out the store to say they weren'tserving anything. By far the worst customer service ever, just try and order a pizza online, they'll say they didn't get it tillyou get there and order it. Management needs to go in and clean up these employees who are just riding the clock not doinganything. Read more
Corporate needs to allow this location to have some help really bad. This lady that was working had a hundred orders before... mine, trying to make pizzas, work the drive they and the front all at one time. You could tell she was worn completely out. I have tried on several occasions to give this location opportunities to change my mind. I think this is the worst little... Caesar?s I?ve ever been to. From the excessive time it takes, to the quality of the food is terrible. My very last encounter wasabout a week ago. I waited in the drive-through for at least 15-20 mins (worst drive through location ever) when I finally getto the window the guy explained he was the only one working & then discovered the register timed out & he doesn?t have the codeto access the register to place orders or take money. He ended up giving me 2 free pizzas for the inconvenience though?. Thosewere the worst looking pizzas I?ve ever seen! They were free & I did appreciate the sentiment. Recent experience left my family with food poisoning!!!! Was told they only had 2 pizzas left so I said okay. They were turning... away customers that came behind me. This place is never open inside, no matter the time of day. I placed an online order, went to pick it up 15 mins later. Person... inside was sitting down on her phone when I drove up to window. I?m waited at least a whole minute for her to get up & help me.She told me my order was not made yet & it would take about 8 minutes because I selected the ?Pay at store? option, and also, mypizza would be thin crust because that?s all the pizza maker would be making, even though that is not what I ordered. Just got a pizza with hair baked into it, been calling the store and my call is being ignored. Absolutely disgusting!!!!
Placed an order online at 4:45pm. Called 6 times to speak to someone at the store to confirm they received it and could make it.... My husband got there at 5:15pm to pick it up and the kid behind the counter said they didn't have it. Took him asking severaldifferent time and getting a manager for them to reconfirm the order and start making it. Took them another 50 minutes to makeone pepperoni pizza. I also ordered the new cookie/brownie layered dessert and instead of the box it's supposed to come in witha square, baked treat, my husband was given a prepackaged row of raw cookie dough (pictured) and sent on his way. We went through the drive thru at 7:05 expecting to get pizza. They said they were closed but they originally close at 8pm. We... were pulling off then we looked in the window and saw them eating pizza and playing and sitting. The customer service is alwayshorrible and sometimes the pizza is old.
