Worst McDonald?s in the country and I?ve been to a lot. I cringe anytime my daughter wants to go and I usually talk her out of... it and we go somewhere else. This must be private owned because I can?t believe corporate would let this place stay open. Needto get some outside help. Maybe Chick-fil-A can come show them how it?s done. I had ordered 2 bacon quarter pounders and a 10 peice chicken nugget meal and they were very rude and had no personality food... was cold and also i asked for sauce and they told me it would be 40 cents extra. Overall would not recommend eating here Read more
Service in the early morning was great. But service in the afternoon was bad .I ordered waited as you should ,then people... ordered after me the same exact same thing and they got their order. Did I get mine no. I guess since I was from it of town andthey knew the people that ordered after me they got theirs before I did...if I ever go back it will be just in the mornings ,themorning crew is polite . Food was good the service was poor. The cashier just walked up to the counter and stared at me with her head leaning to one... side. I stop and asked how are you today? She snapped back, fine. I am very displeased every time I've gone to McDonald's McDonald's McFarland how hard the biscuits are whenever I've gotten one.... I will say that the servant at the window is very sweet lady and she's always having a smile and words of encouragement but thebiscuits themselves are pathetic. Read more
Food was normal, but the wait was INSANE!!! we sat about 6 mins with only one car in front to order, then the wait to pay and... actually get the food was literally over 45 mins!!! Hello my name is Tia I order a hot spicy two triple cheese and a kids meal me and my family order around 2:00 2:15 on November... 19 2022 we sat down no more then 4-6 mins a bus full of kids and adults come in and that?s when the crazy began we wait likeanother ten mins still nothing my husband went up to see what was taken so long but he couldn?t even get to the front of theregister they wasn?t calling out any orders they depended on a few adult that didn?t even work there to hand out food for thebus but never called out our number any number at that a few more mins pass I ran out to ask someone from the drive thru didn?tget anything finally my husband made it to someone he asked about our order they ran around trying to figure it out no one knowwhat happen with it ,he asked for an a refund and we received back when did t leave out until 2:40 pm but everything about thislocation was very unorganized and the team did not handle under pressure I wouldn?t recommend this to anyone I?ve been a GM inrestaurants and no one was in control of anything over saw mother no motivation no Spirit at all very disappointed in McDonald?smore so this location 4711 McFarland blvd east Tuscaloosa Al 35401 Store # 4325 Thank you Read more
