Closed the lobby early for no reason and with no indication on the doors, ignored our car in the drive thru and only took orders... from the other lane, so we had to drive around and rejoin the line after we got sick of waiting to be acknowledged. Read more

There is one Latino girl that worked the drive thru on some of the days we stopped. Very sweet girl. Kind and helpful. The day... I had to go inside the staff were rude and seemed like it wasa bother to have to take my order. Other that I have had decentexposure with them. Read more
I could give a long list of how irredeemably poor the food and service here is, but I?ll keep it as concise as possible: Anyone... in town will tell you to avoid this restaurant at any cost. About a mile or two down the road on 15th street, especially in themorning, they have the sweetest worker I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Go there and use whatever negative review youwould put here towards closing this store and contacting corporate to raise the pay of other locations. Putting the wasted payon the employees who actually work which is ANY other location in the state would return so much from both employee andcustomer. Read more
We come here every week and even though it always seems like they're understaffed everyone is friendly and our food comes out... hot and quick. They're *never* messed up our order. Read more
Most unreliable McDonald's in this area. Waited in drive thru line for 5 minutes without anyone acknowledging we were there. 90%... of time the ice cream machine is "down". Must be the most unreliable piece of equipment in the history of machines......or,perhaps.....the employees are just too lazy to clean it. Read more
THIS LOCATION IS THE WORST! The employees there are incompetent and I continuously have the most unacceptable experience at this... McDonald?s, and I will not be going back. Save yourself the time and stress and go the the location on 15th. Someone needs toshut this place down.
