Some of the friendliest people working in fast food. They were cheerful, smiling, and seemed genuinely happy to be there for the... customers. Fries were fantastic, chicken was super tender, burger was spot on good. Double 0 sauce was pretty yummy, if a littlebit heavy on the pickle flavor. Of course the lemonade was great! Went through the drive thru got the big doublle sandwich with extra pickles,extra tomatoes, minus the onions because im allergic... to them, only to get to work and 2 hrs later went on lunch break to eat, heated my food up only to find no extra pickles and notomatoes at all with a load of onions on it. Called the restaurant explained to them what was going on was asked to hold, was onhold for so long i had to hang up. Kept calling back only to keep getting a busy signal on phone line. I am beyond upset as themanager seemed as though she had no concerned about the way the food was prepared and would have cost my life if i had bitteninto the sandwich with out checking it first. My last time going to this restaurant. One angry customer. Over 15$ for a comboand over 15 calls trying to get it right with no refund???????????????? Read more
Amazing food , wow was it spectacular. Fries and the sauces are great but the chicken is out of this world fresh and very well... seasoned . So good I ate every bite and didn't leave a crumb behind... Just came across this place on a whim on our way backhome to Cleveland TN and was not disappointed in any way whatsoever. Never heard of this place till today. It was not very busy due to the fact that the place that is closed on Sundays is right... next door. The fries were awesome. I got the double burger and my brother got the nuggets. No complaints at all. Bravo. Read more
So if you're new to Alabama, two things you need to know if you're going to Milo's- 1) YOU MUST GET MILO'S SWEET TEA and 2) when... you go there to order a burger, understand it is NOT going to be the usual hamburger you are accustomed to. A Milo'sHamburger/Cheeseburger is bun, meat patty (and also another small piece of meat that they add, it's a signature "thing" Iguess), onions, "Milo's Sauce" and that's it unless you added cheese. The Milo's Sauce is what makes the sandwich so tasty imo.It is not overly spicy or hot, it is somewhat sweet and is very savory. IT IS SO GOOD! And back to the Sweet Tea! Milo's isknown for it so much so that it is sold in grocery stores and convenience stores by the gallon or I believe it comes in 12 ozbottles. *This location has always been quick and friendly, and the food has been great quality.
