Wow my server was amazing! I mean really she handled everything thing like a pro! Really my only reason for the 5 star. Her name... was Candace Allen and she helped me and my boy friend the entire meal our glasses were never low and she honestly gave us thebest advice about the best items on the menu I mean the are truly blessed to have someone who care so much about their customersturned the whole experience around !!! Our server was amazing! She was very friendly and helpful with our dinner choice. She checked on us often ( but not overly). The... food was great. An overall very enjoyable dinner. Alyssa was our server, will ask for her next time as well! I must add thatalthough Akilah was not our server she was very kind and attentive. Our experience at outback was pretty nice. Our waiter Jay was extremely kind, sweet, and helpful. We came in probably an hour... before closing so we felt kinda bad, but he didn't rush us or anything like that. We were able to order our food and just have agood time, his vibe was amazing and his customer service skills were on point. So thank you Jay for your help tonight. Read more
My first time in the south. Taking my daughter to college went here for dinner. Dana was fantastic. I really really enjoyed our... conversation. Let me say that se had a wonderful experience . The food was a little issue. My son ordered the salmon, which was way overcooked... and had a metallic, fishy taste. We brought it to the attention of the server, who had the manager come over. I want to pointout and applaud the professional, caring and understanding manner in which we were treated. They could not have been more kindand considerate. My porterhouse steak was honestly the second best steak I have ever put in my mouth. It was perfect and wellworth the money. Absolutely horrible experience here. Everything started out great with our server. It took however over an hr for our food to... even come out. When it did, every single entree was lukewarm. Eight people sent their food back, which was ridiculous. Themanager was sent over and could care less. He did not offer an apology at all. Usually managers will say they are sorry for whathappened. This uncaring manager said, what do u want me to do?? ?Do you want me to reheat it or do you want you money back?. Ieven ran into another guest in the restroom who was complaining about the wait time for his food. We had a wonderful day inTuscaloosa but this spoiled our family trip. This is their Cobb salad without the grilled chicken. I ordered the salad about three weeks ago from DoorDash and it was an... absolutely perfect salad. Perfect amount of everything. I ordered this a few nights later, and I got a bowl full of lettuce andabout half the amount of stuff on it, plus I had ordered it with grilled chicken that time. I called and spoke with the managerand he told me he would replace it if it came back, and so I did. It was OK, but not like the first one. I ordered againtonight, without the chicken, and this is what I got. There is a whole section of lettuce that has nothing hardly on it. Ifthis is the way they make it from now on, that?s fine, but charge less for it. I?m tired of paying the full price, and gettingabout half the stuff. There were croutons on there, but I did remove them because I?m on a diet. I kinda doubt I'll be orderinganother salad from there. Read more
Got the Aussie cheese fries as an appetizer and they were good. The ranch is excellent as always. The "loaded" sweet potato was... a disappointment. The bloomin fried shrimp was ok. The steak as pictured was supposed to be medium. It was purple nearly all theway through. I have been here several times and this has happened all but one time when I order a steak. At a certain point Ihave to wonder why I order steak at Outback "steakhouse". Anyway the rest of the food was fine, the service was good and therestaurant clean. They have a military discount as well. If the steaks were only offered in medium rare this place wouldprobably be great, but they even have a picture on the menu of how your steak should look. I will still occasionally come backand get chicken on the barbie or something similar. Read more
