I?ve been here probably 10 times and I don?t think I?ve had what I would call a good experience once. The employees are... consistently rude and dismissive, the food is hit or miss whether it?s going to be cold or not. The interior is small andcramped and too hot. They put far too much ice in the drinks to the point where you barely get any liquid. The food is expensivefor what it is. Their mobile order feature backs up to the point of waiting hours while still telling you it will be done in acouple minutes. Did I mention how rude the staff is? I?ve watched them physically throw food boxes around without a care, theyare no help if you ask for something and never seem to be working all that hard. Read more

An absolute staple of on campus dining, this place is one of the best chicken tender spots in town! The food comes out pretty... quick, and it's really great too! The only downsides are the weird hours, and the fact it can get really crowded around lunch.Aside from that, great place to stop and grab a bite Read more

It was a relaxing atmosphere but it did take me a minute to find it since outside advertisement was minimal. The customer... service was also great ???? Read more

Solid food for good prices. Only downside is s that it tends to be rather full on the weekends.

Everything was hot which is great. The wait was ridiculous. I didn't like batter on chicken.

The wait was long and the food had a burnt taste. Totally disappointing for something that was supposed to be iconic.

This is my favorite place to get chicken fingers. I recommend this over Zaxby?s. It?s kind of pricey depending on how much you... eat. It?s in a dorm so of course it?s going to be crowded but they get your order taken fast. Sometimes, you wait a really longtime for your food because it?s made fresh and hot so if you don?t have the time then i wouldn?t suggest going unless it isn?tvery busy. Also, another slight inconvenience is that after 5 ,on the weekends for sure I don?t know about weekdays, you have topay with a card they don?t accept cash. I personally use cash for everything so I have to get my mom?s card when I want to getsomething to eat. Then on Sunday they don?t accept cards at all. The fries are simple crinkle cut fries and they are so good. The chicken isn?t fried too hard and the sauce is AMAZING. The staff is very nice. I first had it in New Orleans but this one isawesome too! Read more
