Why does it take so long to just get a drink? Placed a drink order 30+ minutes before closing time. Got to talking and then... realized how long it had been. Pushed button, and a voice said... "we're closed". We had already paid! When we yelled that outto the speaker, a police officer came to us and asked the problem and then made US leave without our drinks or money!! Read more

At some point, the district manager needs to step up and see what's going on inside the place. There's no way your food should... taste as it was cook days before you ordered it COLD & OLD. Maybe we should start reporting our issues to the healthdepartment.. Obviously, the food isn't being held or cooked at a certain temperature. We pay to much money to be getting coldfries and old hotdogs and burgers. District Manager where are you!!! And please don't send me one of your letters asking toreach out to you. There's enough complaints on here to see Sonic is a mess. Read more

if i could give this place zero stars i would. i visited a few nights ago and placed a mobile order. i waited for about 25... minutes before i pressed the button to get someone?s attention. i received confirmation of my mobile order and just wanted toknow if they were still working on it. it was a simple order, mind you. so i didn?t expect much of a wait. the young lady toldme they hadn?t received my order and then told me they were only accepting drive-thru orders. what??? so i?ve been sitting inthe stall waiting for nothing? okay? so i pull into the drive-thru and i can hear the employees laughing and talking. whichmight explain the extremely slow service that night. after explaining to the young lady that i had already placed a mobileorder, she responds with ?k?. didn?t tell me to drive around or anything like that. just ?k.? by this point i?m extremelyfrustrated and really just want to leave, but i?d already paid for my food. i waited just a couple minutes at the window whilethe girl who was waiting on me was yelling to the other employees about a co-worker who decided not to show up for work. myorder was correct, so i appreciate that. but everything else about this visit was horrible. will not be going back. The food is good, the wait time could be better, but what really sucks is the fact that there are several spots where the... monitors don't work. Every time I pull into one I get the broken one. Then I pull to the other side and get the broken one onthat side. Do these work? Would it be possible to put out a sign saying they do or don't? Maybe some orange cones if they don't. Read more

After reading the reviews I don't even know how this place is still operating. So many people all having the same issue I had... myself. Placed my order online for 3 slushies. Checked in and waited. After 20+ minutes hit the button to see what was takingso long. This was after watching many people go through the drive thru and people having order's brought to stalls. Was toldthey would have the drinks out soon. Waited 30 more minutes and left. Clearly wasn't the only person having issues becausepeople were getting out of their cars and walking up the building trying to get help. Read more
