This is a large Starbucks on the University of Alabama campus. The location is inside the Supe Store (school book store), and... shares a bathroom between the Starbucks and the Supe Store. The place has plenty of room, plenty of seating, and friendly staff.The only issue I've ever had here is I've never been able to place an order from my phone. It always says "mobile order notavailable". That would be helpful here, as the place can get pretty busy. Other than that, it's a great place to get out of theheat on gameday on campus, and the drinks and such are comparable to other Starbucks locations. Read more
I have had great things and I have had okay things here it kind of depends on the mood of the staff at the time. Be prepared... this is just kind of a hole in the wall joint you cannot sit in here it's best to order ahead of time and or be prepared toorder and then go sit in your car while they get it ready. I think the name behind them from years ago is probably a drivingFactor but not sure they're upholding the same standards as the previous family members and or owners. A great Starbucks location with great coffee and pastries. The location has nice seating options and is suitable for working on... laptops. The staff are friendly and receive customers warmly and with a smile. Not the fastest service but the wait is not toolong either. Read more
