It is one of the best strabucks I have visited. It is huge and lots of students are here. It is in a beautiful UA campus in... front of Waterfront which gives really good view. Location is convenient. I wish it is still open at the late night. Read more

As Google Maps told me, my visit to this place was a year ago even though I live nearby and love coffee. While most of the staff... here are nice, it really sucks that this place doesn?t give you your Starbucks rewards so what?s the point of having a rewardsprogram? This may seem insignificant but as a regular paying customer, this is not the treatment I would like to receive. Andactually because of this, I stopped consuming Starbucks products which I just realized now cause it?s been so long. Littlethings like this could really ruin you. I go here all the time and it?s great! The workers are always super nice, today the guy who took my order even asked if my name... was spelled with an a or an e. A simple gesture that goes a long way for good customer service. My favorite Starbucks by far. Read more

I have a severe allergy to nuts and cinnamon and have had a lot of bad experiences with coffee shops not taking precautions like... washing their hands or the container they mix the drink in before making my drink. This Starbucks location is my go to place forcoffee and studying because they take allergies seriously and do a very good job of preventing any cross contamination. Thestaff is very helpful in making sure my drink is always allergen free and I always feel in good hands when I come here. Thankyou for keeping me safe! Read more
