I like their Newyork strip :) They offer a large amount of food with a reasonable price. I love the vibrant atmosphere as well!
I had mold in my mash potatoes, they tried to cover it up with gravy, I order an additional side of green beans, the cup... wasn’t even half full after I paid almost $4 for the extra side and my salmon was not cooked to my request. When I called toinform management of my experience she apologized and stated she would send a entrée coupon (never received), she did notrefund my money nor give any assurance that this would not occur again in the future. Really good food. Loved the rolls! However we had to wait over thirty minutes just to get a table even though we were on the... wait list. I also witnessed the front desk employees tell another customer that his name had not been put into the system forwait list. I wish the waiting time and online “reservation”(I know it’s not that exactly) was easier for the restaurantemployees to handle. Main reason for going here today was to use a coupon they sent us. The onion was so big we had to take the rest home with us.... Boneless chicken wings were ok, enjoyed ourself and Hope, our server was really nice. Read more
I will say this is my first time dining in this particular location. The wait is usually ridiculous! I went today at 3:00 pm. ... Perfect timing. Our waitress was amazing!!! I truly felt that everything we had today was cooked to perfection. So word ofadvice, timing is everything!! Please don’t go during peak hours to ensure the best service all around. Read more
Stuff very very polite and nice. Take care of customer. Food general tasty and fresh. Good steaks ! I recommend my favorite Bone... in Ribey with sweet potato ( not sweet) with butter and sour cream plus salt. Additional side salad. Only thing is overratedbeer price. We will not be back . 50.00 dollar order that was made up of over cooked shrimp raw vegetables and no plastic wear. Very rude at... the pick up window and food was very disappointing. Then the steak was supposed to be medium and it was charcaoled. We willdefinitely be reaching out to home office. Covid isn't an excuse for poor customer service anymore . Read more
Horrible experience. Rolls were burnt, hard, and old .I ordered steak, salad, and sweet potato. After 20 plus minutes my salad... finally came and it was thrown on the table by the waitress as she continued to walk .Salad was old . Lettuce had turned coloredand salad looked as if it had been eaten out of. I also never received my water .
