I know they tried their best but both workers seemed to be new...they messed up my wing order and also wouldn't honor a coupon... they had but I guess it wasn't in their system....So the company sends out coupons sometimes before it hits their restaurant'scomputers ...be careful with that.... This is definitely a nice Pizza Hut. Still has dine in. The wait staff was very attentive and actually very nice. The manager... stopped by the table also. The food was hot fresh and actually looked as good as the pictures. Dessert was also pretty good! Awonderful Pizza Hut to stop by if you are in area! Read more
The pizza I ordered came out completely incorrect. When we mentioned it they said they would take care of it. My boys and... husband ate their food while I waited patiently for mine. But instead of fixing my meal they brought out something completelydifferent. (that I wouldn?t eat/order to begin with) The waitress gave us our bill and told us they would comp my pizza. Butthen the manager brought us a new bill and said they would only comp half. She also said ?the waitresses are only highschoolers, so mistakes are going to happen? I left without getting to eat, and honestly very unimpressed with the wholeexperience. I have a lot of patience, especially for food industry employees?but this experience was a nightmare. Read more
Just grabbed a pizza to go. The gentleman at the carry out window was very nice and there pizza was cooked perfectly.
Customer service non existent anymore. Sad. Not very many around ???? used to have a great deal all the time. Closed dining room... for upgrading. 7/1/22 Has been renovated. Stated OPEN dining option but when we entered at 8pm told dining area closed,although door says til 9pm. UGH 7/22/22 no staff so closed dining in at 2pm. BUT SIGNS SAY OPEN TO DINE IN on boulevard. Service is always super nice and friendly! I always order online before my lunch break, and they always have it ready exactly... when I need it. Very reasonably priced and the drive thru is super convenient. The $5 lunch deal for a small pizza and drink isa steal! Read more
