I?m not sure why I even come here anymore except I love Taco Bell and keep hoping they?ll get it right. My order is always wrong... every time I come here. Either several items are missing from the order or it?s the wrong items, or it tastes terrible. The tacoshells taste stale and I got a quesadilla once that tasted like it had been at the botto of the warming pan for days, disgusting. The soda tastes watered down half the time. I don't usually complain on here but in the last month I have been here 3 times. Each time ordered the same thing. Each time it... was screwed up in different ways. Even something as simple as the pintos and cheese. Why ask me if I want the sauce packets ifyou don't intend on remembering to put it in the bag. And now there big cost savings idea is to give a medium drink with themeals and up charge for the large. Read more

Drink tasted like straight carbonation so I asked for a new one look in the are multiple drinks with a red light on meaning they... need syrup including the one I ordered. Why serve the drink when you know it's low on syrup. Quesadillas had little chicken andpartially burnt for $5 a piece. No one greeted you at counter. Had to order at kiosk. They didn't come out of back, except to put food on counter. Didn't put... cups for drinks in order, had to ask for them. Had to ask for sauce they didn't put it with order. There wasn't any flatware outto eat your Taco Bell Grande, and almost every table there needed cleaned. People need to be retrained, and responsibleleadership put in. Read more
