Young guy at the register is very rude. They have a business in an all black town but have no respect for the people they... getting rich off of. They establishment appearance is dirty. Windows are filthy, outside barely kept. Just enough to make theymoney and leave. Food is normally very good! Only twice did I have an issue with my wings being undercooked. I was very politein telling them but instead of just getting some type of understanding I was dismissed as if I was a nuisance. It?s a shame. I?malso a business owner and you just don?t treat people that way. #Leaches. No respect for the people in the community theyserving. We are just minions to them. No respect. Read more
Overpriced just OK food in my opinion. Ordered 6 wings, 4 chicken tenders combo w fries, and a drink. Over twenty three USD! ... Very expensive for what you get. Wings were actually pretty good. Tenders were overly breaded, heavy on the grease, made me feelblah and greasy after eating them. Didn't taste so good. Fries fair. Wings came with a cup of sauce, tenders did not. I askedfor a cup of water and was told that would be charged by two USD for the cup - that they sell the cup not the drink. Should havecome across the street to MCD. Not recommended. Read more
The food is great but sadly the customer service is very poor. The owner of this store called the police on my teammate over a... Philly cheesesteak sandwich, that they messed up. I?m very disappointed in the leadership of the stores management. Read more
Manager needs more training on how to serve customer?s. Cook?s need to be trained better on how to correctly prepare the food... that comes across their screen. Very unprofessional business. Read more
Every time I eat here I enjoy my food. The lemon pepper wings (wet), fries, & fried fish were on point. The kool-aid is good... too! The Philly cheese steak was a disappointment though. Tasted like they didn't even season it. Read more
Philly cheesesteak was hot, freshly made, and good. However, I asked for sandwich and a drink, but cashier ordered a combo. I... guess they could not hear behind the plexiglass and just assumed.... It was confusing when stopping by because it looked closedwith all the chairs piled on the tables. If someone had not been walking out a w drive through, we would have gone somewhereelse. Read more
