Horrible and very rude service, wouldn't of give them not one star, because that's the set up you can't post your review, ... without hitting a star sad!! They have you waiting 30 minutes, for some baby chic wings, they lucky , it wasn't for me because they would of refunded me my money!! They really need to be closed down, they always out of stuff and I'm sick of the rudeattitudes and your paying your money!!! Then got it fixed on the receipt where you can't call or complain, to the corporate office no number, I don't know when the last time that building been done it's falling apart it was doing that when I workthere when it was My Mama's!! Worst establishment ever! Found hair in my cold food and returned it only for them to drop the same (grilled) chicken in the... grease and give it back to me over cooked and full of oil. Management is even worst. Just throw the entire staff away and startover. Read more
Someone needs to come here and save this place they literally close at different times everyday between 3-6pm when they are... really suppose to close at 9 but I understand due to lack of workers .. today they closed around 3:30pm.. I feel like y?all needa specific time on the windows when you guys are closing so people won?t be wasting there time coming here playing the guessinggame what time you guys may close lol .. it?s horrible y?all might as well get a wrecking ball and knock this place down .. butI?ll be back tomorrow to get some fried okra hopefully y?all be open ???? The SLOWEST service I have ever experienced in my life. I kid you not, they always wait till after you pay to tell you you'll be... waiting 30 plus minutes or they ran out of what you ordered. The food is good IF I ever get my entire order, which is never.I've literally not had 1 single good visit at this location and haven't been back since. Read more
