For the second or third time I placed an order only to arrive to the restaurant and they are closing down the store. So I?ve got... up and came all the way down there and see my name on the screen and I can?t get my food. For starters how does a pizza place ina college town close at 7:30 or 8:00? But it was a major information. ALSO, they still charged my card for the food that I DIDNTget. Ironically as the employees were walking out some of what they were taking home looked like my food. If you want the best Meat Lover come here on a Friday night them employees can cook there butt off and the cashier was cool as... heck! Really wish my pizza can be made by the same people every time. Read more
One of my five toppings was omitted. Besides that friendly service and a decent pizza.
Bria was so courteous and professional last night. Although there was a shortage with staff, she handled it professionally.... Kudos to that young lady! I hate I lost my receipt, I would have called and commented on the survey. Read more
5 stars for the food quality; 1 star for customer service. The lady taking our order needs some serious customer service... training! If it weren't for knowing the food quality at Pizza Hut, we would have chosen another restaurant. When I asked her ifthere were Super Supreme pizzas at their location, she answered that they did. Shortly after, she gruffly asked, "Do you wantit or not?!" Every answer after that was also gruff and abrupt. And she ordered us to wear a mask when we go inside to pick upour order. It was an ok experience overall. The associates were nice and the food was ok. I wish the owners of the building or store would... update it and have a bathrooms in it, but it waa decent. Read more
Exceptional service preparing my food and rendering great customer service. I ordered online and my order was ready for pickup... in a timely fashion. When I walked in to pick up, I noticed that there were 2 visible employees working very hard to fill everyorder placed. Both, the young lady handling the front of the house and the young lady handling the back of the house seemed tobe a pretty, productive team. I WAS IMPRESSED! As a customer/ former employee of Pizza Hut, I understand how business can gofrom 0 to a hundred in a matter of seconds and those 2 young ladies were ready to take on the challenge.
