Friendly staff and great food. There was a wait to get through the drive thru. The order was missing fries, sauces, and... ketchup. We had to go back in to get the fries. After that, thing were great. We were just passing by but would come backagain, just check our order before we pull off. Read more
Stopped by this Popeyes for the first & last time due to a character named Nikki . No line thought this would be an easy going... visit. No crowd no reason to even have attitudes fuming off you that you can blame on being packed or over worked. Yet and stillencountered the Most abrasive disrespectful and lack of any sort of customer service ability, Drive thru attendant Nikki?.Nikki had an attitude from the time she took my order to the time she wrongly gave me incorrect items at the window. Cutting meoff at the speaker, Rolling eyes, all before even giving me the wrong items, then Miss ignorant surely got a tude ?Slamming thedrive thru window-refusing to correct her mistake. Another employee had to assist me as she literally stood there lookingignorant with her face balled up. Ewww! Sad excuse for an employee. In front of children! She also took the initiative to make me hot and fresh fries.
