Friendly staff and great food. There was a wait to get through the drive thru. The order was missing fries, sauces, and... ketchup. We had to go back in to get the fries. Stopped by this Popeyes for the first & last time due to a character named Nikki . No line thought this would be an easy going... visit. No crowd no reason to even have attitudes fuming off you that you can blame on being packed or over worked. Yet and stillencountered the Most abrasive disrespectful and lack of any sort of customer service ability, Drive thru attendant Nikki?.Nikki had an attitude from the time she took my order to the time she wrongly gave me incorrect items at the window. Cutting meoff at the speaker, Rolling eyes, all before even giving me the wrong items, then Miss ignorant surely got a tude ?Slamming thedrive thru window-refusing to correct her mistake. Another employee had to assist me as she literally stood there lookingignorant with her face balled up. Ewww! Sad excuse for an employee. In front of children! My wife and I are traveling from NOLA to ATL and we stopped by this Popeyes during our trip. I had a great experience. The... manager was training a new employee and was doing a good job. She also took the initiative to make me hot and fresh fries. Iknow experiences can vary, but I as of 6/16/22 this location is at 3.1 stars and I thought it was important to share my positiveexperience and maybe help bump the average rating up. Read more
If it was possible to give a negative review this will be the one. Rude manager on duty, he refuse to cook anything it 11:30am.... We were heading to Atlanta for a vacation and stop there. Just to be rudely told "we are not cooking anything else". With only 1chicken sandwich, 3 thighs and a handful of fries left at 11:30, we left and drove 10 miles down the rode to Wendy's to eat. Iwill never recommend this Popeye's to my worst enemy. ???? Read more

Fairly new Popeyes. I was the first customer of the day when I visited here in November. My fried chicken sandwich was fresh... out of the oil and....I saw fireworks and stars when I bite into it...it was so damn good. Anyhow, clean location and greatcustomer service. Read more
