I had to come here and rave about Irene. I usually don?t comment or post reviews but when exceptional service is provided, it is... worth noting and praise. Had a large party (50+) on busy Thursday night football. Never have I experienced the level ofcustomer service Irene was able to provide. Usually with large parties, more than one server can is assigned to accommodate sucha large party. I was skeptical at first but I was impressed that Irene was on top of EVERYTHING. She was able to fill water, bereadily available to take orders, bring out drinks and food at lightning speed, and know what we needed before we even had toask. Usually with large parties the waitress can be overwhelmed but she was able to do effortlessly. That?s what I callexceptional customer service and deserving of this review. Read more
My first time here and it was easy to find. ( I get lost everywhere I go) Right next to the AMC theater so you can?t miss it. We... had a big group of us and the server made sure to keep checking in with us. We got actual menus but I really liked that you canscan a QR code that?s located on the tables to bring up the menu. They have a section for No alcohol which was great especiallyin a bar. Really good menu with lots to choose from. I got the Beyond tacos and broccoli app. The tacos were delicious ( even myfriends who do eat meat liked it) but the broccoli was definitely not like the menu. It came out all chopped up like a topping.They also do not have bottled water, sparkling or flat. I hope next time we go we can sit outside. Looked really nice. Read more

Service is okay not the best. Food isn?t bad little on the pricier side but what got me is while dining in with my family we... asked for ranch for our fries and they had the nerve to charge me $1 for a small ranch. Seriously? I understand that prices havegone up and I?m sure you?ve changed your whole menu to keep up with the extra costs but please stop charging extra for a smallranch especially when we?re dining in and ordered bunch of stuff. We caught the last half hour of happy hour. It was still pretty busy at that time, but we were seated right away. Our server was... Bruno. He was quick, friendly and informative. He helped us with our beer selection and found one that we both liked! We gotthe boneless wings and the chips trio with guac salsa and queso. Excellent value and pretty decent vibe. Went twice while here on vacation. The food is great. Definitely a comfort food kind of place. We tried several appetizers,... sandwiches, burgers and a salad and they were all delicious with good portion sizes. The prices are fair and the service is onpoint. Read more
Great experience. There were heat lamps in the outdoor seating area so it wasn't too cold when we arrived for an after dinner... drink. You have to order fries or some bar food along with your drinks, can't just order drinks by themselves. We ordered thefish and chips and added fresh chopped jalepenos and Buffalo sauce on the side. I enjoy a nice place with nice people serving me nice food. I used to do happy hours a lot but as I've aged, I only occasionally... bump into them. I was glad I did at bar Louie. I usually come for lunch about once a month. Sturdy dependable food and drinkalongside friendly casual service everytime. I can say that now that I've been with my wife in the evening.
