We were a group of three, visited this place with IDs from different states and the manager rejected them just by saying he... couldn't validate. Through out the time when we asked for an explanation, he had a blank face on and couldn't even justify whyhe cannot validate them. They shouldn?t expect every guest to be from California, it felt really disrespectful to be treatedthis way. Ruined everyone?s evening. Expected to be treated better. Read more
The manager is not respectful towards the guests, we tried to be polite & were seeking an explanation regarding their decision... to not serve us alcohol that night but he has not justified but rather kept looping over the same thing again & again. The guyhad no idea on ID verification, we were told that they go by the book of IDs for verification for all 50states. Our IDs were ofUS, we even had supporting documents that states our proof of age but still he refused. Not coming back again, the staff wasfriendly but the manager was rude to everyone. Great place to have fun, eat, and drink and pass a few hours. I bowled three games and ordered some food and drinks to be... delivered throughout. It was easy. There were plenty of bowling balls around and all sizes and the system there was easy to use.The atmosphere was good. Read more

Recently visited this location in the District. It was my first time here and I was impressed with the high quality lanes and... the set up of this place. The attendants were friendly and helpful. It was a Saturday afternoon, so it was not too crowded. Iended up bowling for about 2 hours with a friend. Hope to visit again soon, and spread the word about this place to others! Read more
The service here is good! Everyone was so friendly, and willing to help. Our lane is lane 2, beside the lane light was dark,... everything was great! This place is big and crowded. We went here on Monday night and it was supper busy because they have thespecial unlimited bowling. This place also have a lot of lanes and the bowls have different sizes. Read more

Such a great experience! Johnny was very attentive and polite. Anthony at the front desk was very nice and quick with service.... The name may have changed but the great environment and the service still great. The food came out in a timely matter plusunlimited bowling after 8pm on Mondays. Read more
