Very disappointed. Ordered Beef Brisket plate. Cooks refused to allow green beans as a side and only offered higher carb... options. As the green beans are now an appetizer dish only. Also asked to be charged for the brisket only if no sides weregiven. Was very clear I did not want the vegitable mix. The food was served and not only was the vegitable mix on the plate. Outof 10 squares of brisket well over half of them were solid slices of pure fat. The only reason this location recieved a secondstar was due to the server being very friendly and helpful. I paid for my Iced tea and gave the server the change from a 10. Heshouldnt have to suffer for the incompetence of the kitchen. The meal should never have made it to the floor. Read more

Your traditional southern bbq joint. Feels like you are down south. Typical southern fare. Recommend St. Louis ribs over the... baby back ribs. Skip the chicken. Pro tip, you can get 20% off of you walk to Costco on the other side of the parking lot andbuy a gift car :) Fried chicken sandwich was delicious but the batter was way to salty. NOT RECOMMENDED - AVOID!! TRIBBLE/HORRIBLE experience due to extreme- and exaggerate amount of sweetness and added sugar in... everything we ordered!! That’s insane!! We came to this Lucille's Smokehouse BBQ at 2550 Park Ave. Tustin CA 92782 forcelebrating a friend. The menu was clean and had some nice pictures showing different meals. As expensive as this restaurantis, the menu could however been modern and digitized with pictures and even animation of signature meals on smart tablets or onthe table. The staff were nice, polite, and helpful. The first thing that was served was warm baked bread biscuits with butter(might been margarin). But breads were sweet and were topped with sugar!! Even the so-called “butter” was sweet. Had neverexpected that! We ordered several different meals such as Southern Fried Chicken ($22), Hot-Honey Salmon ($27) and BBQ Two meatCombo ($36), and so-called Fresh Strawberry Lemonade ($5.50 each). See pictures. The amount of salt and sugar/sweetness insalmon was EXTREMELY HIGH as well as presence of fructose and glucose/sweetness in salmon - VERY HIGH! The salmon was alsoovercooked! A very hot spicy sweet sauce was poured all over the salmon, made it impossible for an old person to tolerate! Nonof us could eat the salmon as the it was so spicy! The salmon fillet was very small compare to the price of the dish, $27! Thesalmon was literally drained in that horrible souse! As this kind of souse are not serves separately at side of the dish is signof unprofessionalism and careless and irresponsible chef! We complained about that salmon and after a while waiting, theybrought only the end part of the the fillet which was overcooked and burned! Although all the vegetables in the previous salmonwere drained in that horrible spicy hon sweet sauce as well, they only replaced the salmon and did not replace the wholemeal/dish (and in the bill, they added the full price of extra salmon meal, Hot-Honey Salmon (another $27)) and then c Read more
Waited over 10 minutes for my take out order. The server profusely apologized, and was very helpful. I stopped first at the... front desk and they said they would call someone over, and then completely ignored me, and the customer they lost, because hestopped waiting. Food was pretty good. Garlic potatoes had a great taste, I just wish it would have been a little hotter. Biscuits and Apple... butter was very tasty. Smoke babyback rib had great flavor. Wish they could have been served hot too. Didn't care for the friedcatfish, but shrimp was good. Overall food was good. Read more
