Should have gone thru the drive-thru because they took way too long for a curside pick up. Somehow they still missed the special... deal on the app and don't wanna be rude but there's a huge receipt on the front of the order. The staff are really nice, and I appreciate how much effort they put in, but for simple items, they take way too long. I go to a... lot of different mcdonalds and this one absolutely takes too long. Please improve on taking shorter times. Read more
Unlike many other McDonalds restaurants, this location is small but neat! Drive thru is a decent wait depending on the amount of... cars, many employees are bilingual, space inside is kept tidy most of the time, and it's over all a peaceful place to dine in.The only downside is the small space for the drive thru and dine in, but it's still worth it! I understand this review might seem over the top,but I am truly sincere about my visit at this location in Tustin CA,while was... there I ordered the classic combo The Bic Mac meal!!! I decided to sit outside,and enjoy the beautiful weather today!!!! Whilemy vehicle was being detailed across the street,as I began to enjoy my meal I suddenly was taken back by the way Mc Donalds usedto be!! ,you know early in there business as I was halfway finished I noticed there were tears coming down my face,I was indisbelief!!! how could this be as I spoke from with in myself,well it was abvious, Damn!!!! This meal was sooooDelicious,Hot,tasty,and fries took me back to when I was a tiny kid 5 yrs young,I'm delighted,eccstatic that I was taken back toyesteryears ,Thank you!!! I got my order from this place through the app and as I understand that they have to seal due to the cdc regulations. I was... missing many of the condiments I requested. As well as eating utensils and straw for my drinks. On top that my buns were burnand the eggs had shell. Can we please check closely as the orders are being made. Read more
Ordered a plain Little Mac with lite lettuce for my little girl at the drive thru. Got this mess. One bite and my girl gagged.... We just pulled out so we turned around and went in asking for a replacement. The quickly made the replacement, but it was evenworse with everything in it. My girl gagged a 2nd time. Worse part was the lack of empathy from the team and the "supervior". Although he was standing there the whole time, he was clueless to what transpired. He was more concerned with quizing me on howlong ago this happened (2 mins ago) and who helped me (the person that stood next to you) instead of my frustration. I gave upand requested a refund. 6:30 on a Tuesday night...One cashier is open with issues on almost every transaction so it took 15 minutes to get to the front... of the line and it took another 35 minutes to get my food. Almost 1 hour to get two Happy Meals and one cheeseburger and theyare out of ketchup. Forget wanting to get something added to your meal because you'll have to wait another hour for that. Everyavailable table was dirty and trash on the floor. This location is always busy. I did see at least 10 employees behind thecounter and kitchen running around in circles. They seem a little disorganized, poor management or maybe short staffed, but Ican't imagine any more employees working in that small space. Read more
