This place is a complete mess and joke! The quality of food is BAD and the customer service is TERRIBLE. There are workers... who prefer chat and play in the back of store than serve customers. There is a hispanic woman with ponytail hair and a weirdnose who gave me terrible service. When I asked for a couple of dishes, this woman threw them at me. That's not good! Pizza was delicious. 1 topping. Large. Pepperoni, with coupon came to 9.54$. Regular price was 20$ something dollars. Customer... service was in point. Although when I 1st entered 3 people were there greeting me but it took 3 minutes for them to stop talkingand actually ask why I was there. Once treated like a paying customer it went smooth. I ordered one large pizza, a 2 L sierra mist, and their cookie dessert. It said it was going to take about 29 to 38 minutes. I... didn?t think it was that big of a deal. It took an hour and 45 minutes for me to get my food. The tracker just kept saying beingprepared. When I called them no one answered the phone. I called a second time no answer. Two seconds later I get a text all ofa sudden now it?s out for delivery. When the lady came to deliver it one she forgot my soda in the car so she went back to goget it. I opened my pizza and my pizza stone cold. When she brings me my soda it?s not even a 2 L they only have the 16 ouncesso they brought me like three of them instead of calling me to ask if I wanted to change it. This is ridiculous having to waitalmost 2 hours when it said maybe 30 minutes on top. The fact that they didn?t even call me to let me know it was going to takelonger. Ordered a large pizza with extra cheese. Terribly disappointed. There was little to almost no cheese on my pizza. I was so... hungry, that we had no choice but to eat it, but it felt like a scam. Especially since they charge extra for more cheese.Willing to give them a try again, but I hope they check their pizzas before serving them up next time. Read more
I have always had the best service at this Papa John?s!, and this is my first review of them. I am writing this because they... have gone above and beyond this visit!! We ordered 2 pizzas one of which I wanted thin crust, both were order regular crust ?mybad? We called back a few minutes later and requested a Thin crust. They were more than happy to oblige. Our delivery arrivedwithin the expected time but unfortunately they were both regular crust.. ok no biggie. A few minutes later there was anotherknock at the door, another delivery driver! It was our thin crust we called back to request be changed ???????? No questionsasked we were given the other pizza. On top of that the manager called (missed the call) to let us know the other pizza had beendispatched and was on its way. My mom ordered my boys (5&4) pizza since currently they can?t go to her house. When the delivery driver arrived my boys asked... him where grandma was And without skipping a beat he said ? grandma can?t come right now but she asked us to make a very specialmeal for her boys.? My experience has been consistently bad. First of all they?re customer service is horrible, when you do an online call and you... ask about the specials (for example on medium pizza) then do so, they say call the corporate office. Call the corporate officeto get a pizza? Second, we enter the store and the person cannot even bother to come to the front and talk and mumbles from theback of the store getting frustrated at us for not hearing her. She then tells us that there is a 35 minute wait and we ask isgoing to take 35 minutes to make the pizza or to order it and she says she has lots of orders. An ambiguous answer.
