Spent 20 out of my 30 minute lunch waiting for my order. I only got 4 items.

I love Taco Bell, but actually was going to a different fast food. But came here because the other fast food dine in was closed... and Taco Bell was open. I needed to also use the restroom being I have an hour drive ahead of me. I was quite impressed at thecleanliness of the WHOLE restaurant. The restrooms were very clean and smelled nice. The staff was friendly and you can tellthey actually enjoy working there. Very rare to see people actually looking like they about being at work these days. I went inside wanting to pay cash and was the only one at the counter. I was ignored for 10 minutes and left. They apparently... want you to use the self service terminals or drive-thru. So much for accommodating cash customers. Read more
Long wait at drive thru about 3 pm during weekday. Really good value menu and from 2pm - 5pm Happy hour $1 medium drinks. Can't... beat a $ doing and about a $1 value item. Good snack after work, school or before night shift. Read more
