Plastic was found in burrito! I wish never ordered. The nachos poorly made. Not even made to order specifics. Burrito : just... straight beans and there were no modifications. I ate here more than Del Taco, just cause it had more items I enjoyed eating but that was early 2018 and late 2019. Essentially... I haven't been there for atleast 2 years. The food was alright, great for when I wanted something to snack on but to have lunchthere and get a combo? Nah. Just get something from the value menu, which I don't think they have now but they did have it then.Other than that, it was sufficient enough for me. P.S. why would the corporation of Taco Bell ever decide to have limited timeitems just ADD them to the menu. This is one of the best Taco Bells. My drive thru order is never wrong. Food is still hot when I get home. Every employee I've... dealt with here is always pleasant and helpful. I asked a question of the young man taking out trash and he gladly replied withthe info I asked for. Love this Taco Bell as a quick stop on the way home to grab dinner. Read more
So when you don't have the staff to have the lobby open at 7pm on a Saturday you need to update the system so we know not to... visit. Placing orders and sitting in the drive though for 20 minutes isn't OK. Welcome to Taco Bell's corporate test/demolocation! Plant-based beef (PBB) on limited trial for a week or so 4/21/2021, subbed for ground beef at no charge (!) onrequest in person or drive-thru NOT app or kiosk (for the test). I think they got this right! Very good flavor, different fromthe Del Taco product, pea/chickpea based. Dine-in completely open again-the newest design; self-serve drinks, wifi good. Alsoexcellent, friendly staff that helped me with what was in this new product so I could understand it. As good a megachainexperience as I've had, and I think it bodes well for the fast food future! The staff here was very slow. Took my mobile order 20+ minutes to come out. Meanwhile I watched people come in, order, get their... food and leave. They kept telling me my order was being made but it never was. Idk what happened but it was a bad experience. Read more
