I went to this tim hortons on my drive home from Ottawa and it was the best iced coffee I?ve ever had. All the workers were... kind, and quick to accurately serve customers. There was around 7-8 cars in drive through when we walked inside and when wewalked out they were all served within 5 minutes, it was nice to see. All the staff knew what they were doing and workedefficiently as a team to get customers their orders, it was clear they had good training. Overall this is one of the best Timhortons I?ve been to in a while. Only side note is maybe put down a few mats in the front walk in area during snowy months. Read more
We stopped by to buy a hot drink at this location. The serving staff Jason was very helpful. However I felt it was a waste of... our time and money. I like more milk in my hot drink. I noticed the drink had become too cold after adding cold milk. Irequested the drink to be heated in a microwave. However Timmy's does not allow that to happen in their paper cups as per theirpolicy. They didn't have any ceramic cups to heat up the drink and they would need to charge us if they added steamed milk to mydrink. I spoke with the supervisor who understood the issue but was unable to help. I won't be stopping at this location again.Many other locations have shown some flexibility and I hope Timmy's head office takes a note of this incidence . #timhorton Read more
Typical Tim Hortons drive-thru experience. Actually enjoyed the advertisements that went around the fencing around the building,... effective for getting your advertising message across. Order completed successfully, so thumbs up for this particular location. Read more
If I could score less , I would. One person on inside counter. 4 on drive through. Customers lined up outside the door. I find... it extremely pathetic how much more valued drive through customer service appears over those who come inside. We were here todaywith our camper so dive though was not an option. It is as bad as a clerk who interrupts waiting on a customer in the store towait on a potential customer on the phone. Read more

Bang up job from the staff! Clearly are very shortstaffed, and you see them doing multiple jobs. Drive-Thru, Taking the money,... getting your food, and taking another order all at the same. While getting a big line through pretty quickly is veryrespectable. A well staffed Tims has 1 person doing each of those things. Read more
