Great find on the side of the highway. The Hunter Burger was delicious but a little pricey imo however the poutine was delicious... and a great value so all together, quite reasonable. Great pit-stop on the way to/from Ottawa. Tasty burgers, delicious poutine, affordable price, picturesque location: in 50 meters... you can find the picnic area. Also very quiet, as millions of cars won't be passing next to you like on the Highway 401. Enjoyyour food! Read more

Great little chip shack in the middle of Ontario
We were so looking forward stopping at a Chip Truck to eat some poutine on our drive home from camping, along highway... 7. Disappointed! Maybe it was the time of day, or the day, but it was a Saturday afternoon? It was a busy stand, people linedup, so it must be good. But...the fries were soft in the middle, barely yellow on the outside, the gravy tasted like water, noflavour. The gravy was a brown gravy. Maybe they had to thin out the gravy to last until end of the day? And...the amount ofcheese was only about a tablespoon. You're paying $9 for a medium poutine, so you're expecting more. We spent $23 at the chipstand, feel kind of ripped off. We were all hungry, so we finished it and moved on. We travel along highway 7 often and this wasthe first time stopping at this chip stand, NEVER again. Update: The owner responded quickly to the review and was apologetic.It seemed very sincere, so maybe it was just a bad timing. I see they have 4.8 stars for reviews, so I will try them again inthe future. Read more
A great little fast food place. You need to stop for their really good loaded fries and poutine.
Very beautiful...hard to spot the sign and barely road parking, but the view inside once you find it is gorgeous. The trail is... behind the sign it looks unmaintained but its a trail as soon as you walk behind the sign :) lots of bugs and poison ivy so beprepared! Nice and cool under all the beautiful trees in there too! ENJOY! Read more
